Hamburg American Line: A wonderful menu from August 23, 1937 featuring two stylish folk peering out the window of a traditional German cottage. The front door opens to reveal a menu in German. Flip that up and the English translation is underneath. Sounds like a Third Class dinner: Chicken-broth with Noodles, Ox-tongue with Dumplings, Potato Dumplings. On the back two wings fold out to hold the menu upright on a table. What a great design! The menu has a little wear along the bottom and a few age spots.
