Italian Line: A "Farewell Dinner" menu dated August 3, 1970 with some wonderful choices on the menu - "Beluga Malossol Caviar on Ice", "Goose Liver Strasbourgeoise", and "Grilled Petit Chateaubriand Henri IV, BTarnaise Sauce". The menu is held in place by a deep red tassel. The cover is in fair condition. The lucky passenger who enjoyed this feast folded it in half and let it get a little soiled. While the other Italian Line ships went into cruise service in the early 1970s, the CRISTOFORO COLOMBO stayed in transatlantic service.
