United States Lines: A very elegant looking and feeling dinner menu. The cover is all-American with bold red, white, and blue stripes with the USL eagle logo and "Menu" printed in gold. It is for a Cabin Class dinner in early October, 1953. The record breaking ship was only in her second year of service. Commodore John Anderson was her master.
