NDL: In the late 1960s North German Lloyd commissioned a series of whimsical pop-art menus showing everyday scenes drawn in a wonderful hand full of odd details and busy stroke marks. For the life of me I can not figure out who the artist is. These covers are from various BREMEN and EUROPA cruises in the late 1960s and early 1970s just before the line joined forces with long time rival Hamburg American Line. This set of four includes a lady and dog on a park bench, men bowling in a park, a big cat tamer at a circus, and dancing ladies at a 1920s bistro. They would look great framed. They come with a NDL presentation folder.
