Anchor Line: A "Farewell Dinner" menu from July 9, 1938 aboard the TUSCANIA. The menu is from Tourist Class, a very popular Anchor Line revenue source. Showing the Anchor Line's Scottish roots, one of entrTe choices is "Haggis wi 'a' the Honours". Less adventurous diners could choice Roast Vermont Turkey or Fried Fillets of Lemon Sole. Dessert included Braemar Shortbread and Plum Pudding. Several passengers have lent their signatures to the inner cover. After the war this ship became the NEA HELLAS for the Greek Line.
