Holland America: Although there is no specific ship name on this silver plate ashtray, it is such an elegant item that I imagine it came from the First Class gift shop aboard the NIEUW AMSTERDAM. There is a vine pattern around the edges (or perhaps aquatic plants?) and in the bowl is the famous Holland America ship logo balanced on two whales. Probably from the 1950s and in very good condition. 3 +" square.
