North German Lloyd: An 18" by 36" cloth bar towel, complete with a handy sewn-on loop for hanging. Woven into the design on each end is "Norddeutscher Lloyd Bremen" and an in-service date of 1966. That just happens to correspond with the introduction of NDL's new flagship EUROPA. I have laundered the towel several times but it still shows a light stain or two. There is also one small hole. Overall good condition.
