Nickerson is addressed to the Thomas Cook office in Los Angeles: "Am sailing on this steamer Sept 26th for our 38 day cruise, Buenos Aires and return. If I may be of service to you or your passengers in any way, just let me know." It is dated 9/8/41 and makes the cruise one of the last before the war.
