Masterman does everyting but declare the sea war over because of Britain's mighty navy. He bleats that Germany was on its knees because of the blockade around her ports. Understand that this little booklet was printed in 1915, soon after the LUSITANIA sinking and years away from the final Allied victory. An interesting piece of wartime propaganda.
