Hudson River Day Line: A silk handkerchief featuring a detailed portrait of the boat. 16" by 17". Sold as a souvenir onboard. Mint condition. The STUYVESANT was the last of the big boat built for the Day Line and operated from 1927 to 1962. In the 1970s the STUYVESANT became a popular floating restaurant in Boston. A severe storm in 1978 sent her to the bottom and ended her career.
