Holland America Line: Two luncheon menu cards featuring different illustrations of the massive "Delta Plan" dike building project underway in Holland in the 1960s to help prevent the kind of flooding that in 1953 killed 2,000 people. Both of these menus are from a 1962 First Class voyage.
