American Republics Line: A two handled soup cup made by Syracuse China with the line's logo on one side. ARL only operated for only a few years at the end of the 1930s, picking up the moth-balled Panama Pacific fleet of VIRGINIA, CALIFORNIA, and PENNSYLVANIA and rebuilding them as BRAZIL, URUGUAY, and ARGENTINA. After the war the line was incorporated into Moore McCormack. 5 1/2" from handle to handle and in excellent condition.
